I enjoy meeting people and tweaking my tours to follow their interests. Plus being a guide is a great excuse to be really nosey and I’m always finding out new things.

Erica Kendall

Maybe you’re visiting Oxford for the first or tenth time, maybe you live here! Whichever way, I ‘d love to spend some time with you and share my stories. I’ll bring the ancient stones to life with tales of saints and students, eccentric academics, kings and cannonballs, mallards and mayhem.

You’ll laugh, you might cry, you’ll learn, you’ll return. I’m a Cambridge graduate, and started off working as a lawyer and then as a writer. Now I work as a guide and also at the Bodleian Library. I will tailor a tour especially for you, so do get in touch!
